This contract encompasses a broad range of work areas that allows for the rapid delivery of innovative capabilities to the warfighter with increased speed and agility. Vali is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business comprised of an amazing team of professionals brought together by the merger of Vali, Inc and Defense Acquisition, Inc. Vali was formed in August 2017 in Huntsville, Alabama by Steve Smith and Kim Rose, to provide Business Operations, System Engineering, Software Engineering, Training, and Logistics support to Army Aviation.
