Vali is pleased to announce its recent acquisition of Aircraft Management Services (AMS), a wholly owned subsidiary, – located on Peter Prince Airport (2R4) in Milton, FL. AMS’s mission is to provide high-quality, safe, and professional flight training to all skill levels of aviation enthusiasts. AMS provides FAA Part 61 and Part 141 flight training for Private Pilot, Commercial Pilot, Instrument Ratings, and Flight Instructor in Single Engine and Multi-Engine aircraft.
We look forward to maintaining AMS’ strong relationships with all aviation enthusiasts, vendors, organizations, and governmental agencies while expanding AMS’ capabilities and grow its customer base. AMS is focused on expanding its Part 135 Charter Service, establishing a Part 145 program, and providing Simulations services for the Gulf Coast region.
