Position Overview:
Vali Incorporated has an immediate need for an Electronics Technician to join our team. As an Electronics Technician with the SATCOM Systems Engineering Branch, the selected candidate will fill a critical role supporting the training and maintenance of complex communications systems. This position will be responsible for both the development and delivery of training programs and hands-on technical support for system equipment prototyping and sustainment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Course development/modification, researching, creating, and validating technical documentation, delivering classroom instruction.
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on Strategic Wideband SATCOM terminals and baseband systems
- Provide technical expertise for new equipment integration-upgrades.
Required Qualifications:
- Two-year Associate of Science (AS) Degree in relevant technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Three years’ related experience.
- Preferably an AS degree in electrical or electronic engineering/technology.
- Possess understanding of military satellite communications, testing techniques, and a demonstrated ability to translate technical information into accessible training materials.
- Must be a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a commitment to ensuring operational readiness.
- Accreditation of educational institution must come from an institution recognized by either the United States Department of Education (USDE) or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
- Must have the ability to obtain an active clearance.
